badgers (Tim Hugill, Onny Martin, Chris Evans, Dave (Jimmy) Brown) and three spouses
managed to get their tadgers in gear and down to Cornwall for the weekend of 11/12
September, to celebrate that momentous occasion in 1979 when we arrived at PK as C&W
virgins..... |

| Particular Brownie points to Dave
Brown for turning up despite being the first badger to leave C&W circa 1981 ! Excuses
for non-attendance ranged from "........" (none at all) to "I forgot"
and "I'm soooooo busy" - this is just not good enough and serious penalties will
be levied if we ever get the rest of you West of Truro... |

Play commenced with a perfectly-timed
rendezvous under the clock-tower at the top of Market Jew street, then an adjournment to
the Turks Head for a refreshing ale, and an unsuccessful attempt to procure a meal (they
were too busy). |
| This resulted in further
refreshing ales and an eventual diversion to the Bombay Tandoori across the road for a
late curry and multiple lagers (quote from Mrs Brown - "you haven't drunk that much
much beer in years...." - which seems clear evidence of the need for the reunion). |
