To add your name and details

To view all the contact details on the Contact List, you will need to register and pay a small subscription. Otherwise,  you can view a summary of the Contact List without registering.
To provide any other material,

these can either be Emailed to the Site Manager , or posted by conventional means to him  for scanning
and prompt  return.
