| Ann and Bill Cunningham are now fully retired and living at their
home over-looking the 12th green on Cedar Valley Golf Club in Antigua. Our retirement home now includes a fully self contained guest cottage which
is interconnected with the main house by open patios constantly cooled by the Trade Winds
with fabulous views across the Island to the aqua blue Caribbean Sea.
The guest cottage consists of one large single bedroom with the
facility to accommodate a further two people using a luxurious bed-settee in the lounge
area. It is extensively furnished to include its own independent satellite digital TV,
hi-fi equipment and a fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, micro-wave oven,
fridge-freezer, and full range of electrical items. |

The front patio overlooks St. Johns and
the mountain range, topped by Boggy-Peak, to the South with the Islands of Montserrat,
Nevis and Redonda in the distance. The back patio with its fragrant overhanging flower
gardens is equipped with its own gas bar-b-q, hammocks and patio furniture. This is the
spot to enjoy your early morning breakfast, sun-bathing throughout the day while drinking
in the panoramic views across the golf course to the Caribbean Sea and, of course, that
final sundowner. |

| Ann and Bill, with the co-operation of Cedar Valley Golf Club Ltd.
and Gareth Benson Golf Holidays in UK have developed a very cost effective self-catering
holiday package to appeal to keen golfers. This is inclusive of unlimited green fees for
the 18-hole championship course and full membership privileges at Cedar Valley Golf Club
for the duration of your holiday. These are included in the costs listed in options 1 and
2 shown below. Golf clubs and a course buggy can be
rented separately if required from the clubhouse at membership rates. A personalized
golf-buggy with headlights is however included for guests to use for transportation
between the guesthouse and Cedar Valley clubhouse. |

For the non-golfer or a change of pace,
there is easy access to the local beaches including Dickinson Bay with all the amenities
including water sports, happy-hour beach bars and an excellent choice of restaurants to
suit all tastes whether your choice is casual or formal. The
costs listed below in option 3 are provided for guests who do not wish to play golf
or prefer to pay their own green fees direct to Cedar Valley Golf Club on an occasional
basis.

A special rate for ex Cable and
Wireless FI staff
or those qualifying for registration with the C&W-F1 E-mail Group is offered in option
4. Bookings for this option should be made direct to Ann and Bill using their contact
details as listed on the F1 Staff web site or as shown below. There are no seasonal
adjustments to this special rate and bookings will be taken on a first come first served
basis with preference given to reserve the same booking for subsequent years if desired. |

| Transfers to and from Antigua International Airport are included in
the cost in addition to a welcome breakfast with drinks and an information starter pack. A
hire car at preferential rates can also be arranged on advanced request. Ann and Bill will invite guests to have farewell drinks on the last day of
their holiday and provide an opportunity for golfers to take part in a hole-in-one
competition down to the very makeable par-3, 13th green. |

| Golfing guests will be given 3 balls and if one of the guests is
successful in getting a hole-in-one Ann and Bill will be delighted to present the winner
with free accommodation for one week for the following year. If any of the guests fail to
obtain a hole-in-one but manages to keep all their three balls on the 13th
green they will receive a complementary bottled of aged Antiguan Rum as a reminder of
their holiday. |

Option 1 - Golf Package - £300.00 per person per week
based on a minimum occupancy of 2, maximum occupancy of 4.
- Option 2
- Golf Package - £250.00 per person for the third and
fourth adult.
- Option 3
- Accommodation only - £200.00 per person per week
based on a minimum occupancy of 2, maximum occupancy of 4.
- Option 4
- C&W F1 Staff Accommodation only – USD 100.00
per day for the guest cottage only for up to 4 adults. Limited number of accompanying
grandchildren accommodated free of charge.
- A discount of 15% per person is offered for the 3rd and
subsequent weeks.
- Children below the age of 12 are also accommodated free of charge in
the Golf packages.
